Furthermore, it aims at maintaining good relations at various levels of employees. It involves those activities that arrange and coordinates the human resources of an entity such as recruitment and selection. It is about managing the human resources by providing better working conditions, to the employees. ![]() HRM refers to the application of management principles to manage people working in the organization. I interacted with more than 100 HR practitioners within and outside the region where I reside, and I found that most of them doesn't distinguish between Human Resources Management and Human Resources Development so I thought about publishing this article to help business professionals (Not only HR people) to understand the differences between HRM and HRD.
